Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before making an enquiry.

Minimum Group Size

A minimum of 8 adults (aged 12+) is required per session. If your group has fewer than 8 adults, you may still book but the minimum 8-adult fee applies. Children of any age are welcome and charged at the kids' rate but do not count towards the 8-adult minimum. (Kids under 2 are free)

Menu Selection

All adults in the group must choose the same menu option (Standard $650, Gourmet $750, or Naples $850 per adult). Vegetarian replacements are available for meat-based pizzas. All menus include garlic bread and salad.

Final Headcount

Final guest numbers must be confirmed by Monday before your session, via WhatsApp with Jamie. This allows us to prepare the right amount of food.

Weather Policy

Sessions run undercover and proceed in rain. Sessions are only cancelled for red or black rainstorm warnings, or Typhoon signal 8 or above. Jamie will notify guests by WhatsApp on the day.

Arrival & Session Times

Sessions start and finish at fixed times. Please arrive together to help logistics. Sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled finish time.

Access & Directions

There is no direct car access to the venue. It is a 15-minute gentle walk from Mui Wo ferry pier. The closest taxi drop-off is Mui Wo Ngan Shu rubbish collection point (7-minute walk). Directions and a route video will be shared after booking confirmation.

Children & Safety

Children must be supervised by their guardians at all times. The venue includes an outdoor garden — running and playing is at parents' risk. The pizza oven area is supervised by Jamie.

Helpers

Non-participating helpers (e.g. drivers, nannies) are charged $300 each. Enough pizza will be made to ensure there is food provided for helpers.

Liability

Participants attend at their own risk. The organizer is not liable for personal injury or loss of property except where caused by negligence. Please notify us of any allergies or medical conditions before your session.
